Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Installation dates are estimates only

  • Shipping timelines are estimates only

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing constraints, supply chain disruptions, weather, freight delays, customs holds, tariffs, labor shortages, or component availability

Submission of a deposit may constitute acceptance of the applicable Sales Agreement or Proposal Terms where referenced in associated transaction documents.

Failure to make timely payments may result in delayed production, delayed shipment, cancellation of installation scheduling, storage fees, or order cancellation.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Installation

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring proper site readiness

  • Providing required electrical infrastructure

  • Providing HVAC and refrigeration infrastructure where applicable

  • Ensuring safe and adequate delivery access

  • Obtaining permits, inspections, or approvals where required

  • Coordinating with third-party contractors where necessary

Shipping and installation dates are estimated and are not guaranteed.

Trident Wellness LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, construction delays, contractor delays, or events outside of our reasonable control.

Risk of loss may transfer upon delivery depending on the applicable sales agreement or shipping terms.
