Return & Refund Policy
At Trident Wellness LLC, each cryotherapy system and wellness product is built-to-order and customized specifically for the purchaser. Due to the custom manufacturing, procurement, scheduling, and installation processes involved, all sales are subject to the following refund policy.

Built-to-Order Equipment
All cryotherapy chambers, red light therapy systems, saunas, and related wellness equipment are manufactured, assembled, configured, and prepared specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because of the custom nature of these systems, orders may not be canceled or refunded once installation has been completed.

Refund Eligibility Prior to Installation
In the rare event that a purchaser requests cancellation of an order prior to installation, Trident Wellness LLC may, at its sole discretion, review and consider the refund request on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds may be processed once the systems have been reassigned or resold to another purchaser.

Refund requests may also be subject to administrative costs, manufacturing costs, shipping expenses, storage fees, payment processing fees, and other applicable deductions incurred by Trident Wellness LLC.

Non-Refundable After Installation
Once the cryotherapy system or related equipment has been delivered, installed, commissioned, or placed into operation at the purchaser’s location, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

Shipping, Installation & Third-Party Costs
Shipping expenses, travel expenses, installation labor, permitting costs, electrical work, HVAC work, crane services, and any third-party contractor expenses are non-refundable once incurred.
Damaged or Defective Equipment
If equipment arrives damaged or experiences a manufacturer-related defect covered under warranty, Trident Wellness LLC will work with the purchaser to repair, replace, or service the affected components in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.
