Due to the custom and high-value nature of our cryotherapy chambers, all sales are final once the unit is installed.

If a unit is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to assess the damage and arrange repair or replacement of affected parts.
2. Refunds

Refunds are only available for orders cancelled before shipping or in the case of verified shipping damage.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
